Chris in a Nutshell

Chris wanted to see how well you guys really know us, so we've each posted 25 things about ourselves to help you understand why we are the way we are. Some are pretty funny, so smile as you read them.

1. I like everything in order. If a task is to be done then I like to finish step one before I move on.
2. If my wife has her things out of order, I am smart enough not to say anything.
3. When I eat meals, I like to finish all of one type of food first and then move on to the next one. I usually wait to drink anything until after all food is gone.
4. I hate sitting at a red light when no one else is around.
5. I use all parts of my brain. I'm left-footed and left-handed, but right-handed on everything else like throwing and swinging a bat or club.
6. I will watch any kind of sports competition (including gymnastics).
7. I love learning even though it's very inconvenient.
8. I stick my tongue out whenever I am concentrating on something.
9. I'd rather have a sports car than a big truck.
10. I'm a natural speaker when I'm standing in front of a group, but I get nervous to comment when I'm in the audience.
11. I don't like my food hot. I'd rather it be luke-warm so that I can eat it faster.
12. I usually get along with hard-to-get-along-with people.
13. I love teaching my kids something new.
14. I've tricked my kids into thinking that dad drives a racecar since it's red like Lightning McQueen.
15. I do not enjoy camping in a tent, it's too cold, hard and lumpy.
16. I love modern art paintings.
17. My wife is my best friend!
18. One of the things I enjoy most is a warm shower.
19. If my bed is not made when I go to bed, then I have to make it before I get in.
20. If I have two things to do, then I will always do the hardest one first.
21. I do not know how to burp. I say it's because I chew and swallow perfectly and never have a need for it.
22. I can't remember the last time I swore.
23. I like to make up songs about my kids and how they are "goobers".
24. I don't like to call people by their real names unless I'm in a professional setting.
25. I like to act like a nerd around my wife because it makes her smile.
